Insights: News Releases Brian Olion Joins Kilpatrick Townsend in Silicon Valley
MENLO PARK (February 5) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of Brian Olion to the firm’s Silicon Valley office as an associate in the Electrical Engineering and Software Team in the firm’s internationally recognized Intellectual Property Department.
Mr. Olion focuses his practice on intellectual property law, with an emphasis on strategic patent portfolio development and analysis. He prepares and prosecutes patent applications in a variety of technology areas including: software, e-commerce, optics, semiconductors, semiconductor manufacturing, mechanical devices, and data transfer/manipulation methods.
Mr. Olion earned his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School. He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
