Ms. Thompson’s practice focuses on employment law and litigation. She has broad experience representing employers in overtime class actions and wrongful termination, discrimination, and trade secret cases. Ms. Thompson advises clients in the negotiation of employment agreements, severance agreements, and executive compensation arrangement. She has extensive trial experience before state and federal courts, administrative agencies and in arbitration.
