ATLANTA (January 1, 2019) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the elevation of 11 attorneys to Counsel effective January 1, 2019.
- Rob Curylo is a member of the Electronics and Software team in the firm’s Atlanta office. He focuses his practice on patent strategy and analysis for international and domestic companies, assisting clients in identifying and patenting key innovations, developing domestic and international patent strategies, and building and managing both domestic and international patent portfolios.
- Kimberlynn Davis is a member of the Chemistry and Life Sciences team in the firm’s Atlanta office. She focuses her practice on prosecuting domestic and foreign patent applications in the chemical arts, due diligence and freedom to operate analysis, and client counseling and portfolio strategy for companies, universities and research institutions.
- Allison Dobson is a member of the Chemistry and Life Sciences team in the firm’s Winston-Salem office. She focuses her practice on patent prosecution and counseling, due diligence, post-grant proceedings such as Inter Partes Review (IPR), litigation, licensing, and other intellectual property issues.
- Lisa Flanagan is a member of the Chemistry and Life Sciences team in the firm’s Walnut Creek office. She focuses her practice on patent prosecution and counseling, due diligence, and freedom to operate analysis in technologies relating to biotechnology and the life sciences for established companies, start-ups, and research universities.
- Julie Grundman is a member of the Technology Transactions and Global Data Protection team in the firm’s New York office. She focuses her practice on cybersecurity and data privacy.
- Lance McCord is a member of the Technology Transactions and Global Data Protection team in the firm’s Atlanta office. He focuses his practice on outsourcing and commercial agreements, technology licensing, advertising data and targeting agreements, joint ventures and strategic alliances.
- Betsy Quinn is a member of the Real Estate team in the firm’s Atlanta office. Her practice focuses on the representation of commercial real estate investors and developers in the acquisition, disposition and development of office, industrial retail, multi-family, and mixed-use projects and residential communities. She also has extensive experience representing commercial clients in the negotiation of leases and ground leases.
- Allie Roach is a member of the Trademark and Copyright team in the firm’s Atlanta office. She focuses her practice on international and domestic trademark clearance, prosecution, and portfolio management as well as copyright litigation and trademark enforcement.
- Phil Rosenberg is a member of the Trademark and Copyright team in the firm’s New York office. He focuses his practice on U.S. and international trademark, copyright and domain name counseling and enforcement.
- Thurston Webb is a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation team in the firm’s Atlanta office. His practice focuses on appellate litigation as well as general complex commercial litigation.
- Kollin Zimmermann is a member of the Trademark and Copyright team in the firm’s Los Angeles office. He focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, particularly cases involving trademark, copyright, unfair competition, false advertising, and trade secret claims, as well as related business disputes.
