Insights: News Releases Kilpatrick Townsend Adds Tetsuya Yaguchi in Tokyo
TOKYO (August 9) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of Tetsuya Yaguchi to the firm’s Tokyo office. Mr. Yaguchi joins as an associate in the Software and Electrical Engineering Team in the firm’s internationally recognized Intellectual Property Department.
Mr. Yaguchi is a registered patent attorney in Japan who focuses his practice on patent counseling, patent licensing, and patent infringement litigation in semiconductor, computer, software and electronics industries.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Yaguchi was Senior Director of Business Development at Acacia Research Group LLC in Tokyo. Previously, he worked in the Intellectual Property Division at Renesas Electronics Corporation from 2004-2014, and the Intellectual Property Office at Hitachi, Ltd. from 1998-2004. During this period, he was engaged in various projects of patent licensing, litigation, and ITC as a manager.
