NEW YORK, NY (July 31) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that Julie Grundman joined the firm’s New York office as a Senior Associate on the Global Sourcing and Technology Team. Ms. Grundman will focus her practice on cybersecurity and data privacy, joining a nationally recognized Cybersecurity, Privacy and Data Governance practice led by Partners Jon Neiditz and Amanda Witt, based out of Atlanta, and Partner Raymond O. Aghaian, based out of Los Angeles.
Ms. Grundman has expertise in cybersecurity and privacy law and policy, and has held leadership positions in both the private and nonprofit sectors, most recently at IronNet Cybersecurity. Ms. Grundman’s experience ranges from corporate transactions and governance, to cybersecurity risk management, and product deployments.
With her diverse cybersecurity experience, Ms. Grundman is well-positioned to counsel Kilpatrick Townsend’s clients in a complicated and rapidly evolving cybersecurity threat and regulatory environment. Ms. Grundman will advise clients on a wide-range of cybersecurity matters to include cybersecurity risk assessments and mitigation strategies, data breach response, and regulatory compliance, including advising clients on compliance with the New York State Department of Financial Services cybersecurity rules.

Ms. Grundman earned her J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School. She received her B.A. in Political Science from Grinnell College.
