Mr. Bronstein will be joined by Jefferies Senior Bank Research Analysts Ken Usdin, Casey Haire, and Emlen Harmon for a discussion of the bank M&A environment. This call coincides with this year’s publication of “The Map Book,” the Jefferies bank team’s annual guide to franchise maps, deposit market share, and market demographics for the largest public/private banks and thrifts in the United States. Topics will include developments in the environment for bank M&A, spanning fundamental and regulatory considerations; board and executive management philosophy and urgency; and recent trends in deal structures and pricing.
