Firm Adds Partner David Fricke
RALEIGH (March 28) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of David Fricke to the firm’s Raleigh office. Mr. Fricke joins the firm as a Partner on the Real Estate Investment and Development Team in the firm’s Corporate, Finance & Real Estate Department.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fricke was a partner in the Raleigh office of a North Carolina law firm. Mr. Fricke focuses his practice on commercial real estate development and finance including retail developments, leveraged leasing, utility projects, biotechnology facilities, medical office buildings, manufacturing facilities, and tax-exempt public finance projects.
Mr. Fricke is listed in the 2015 edition of Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business for Real Estate Law. He was recognized by The Best Lawyers in America© for Real Estate Law in 2016, and the five years immediately preceding. Mr. Fricke was named a North Carolina “Super Lawyer” in the area of Real Estate by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2016 and each of the four years immediately preceding. He was recognized as a “Legal Elite” in 2015 for Real Estate.
Mr. Fricke earned his B.A. from the University of Vermont and his J.D. from Wake Forest University.
