Linda Judge Joins Silicon Valley Office
SILICON VALLEY (February 16) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of Linda Judge to the firm's Silicon Valley office. Ms. Judge will be joining the firm as Counsel and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Securities Team.

Prior to Kilpatrick Townsend, Ms. Judge served as Director and Corporate Counsel at Affymetrix. At Affymetrix, she was responsible for a range of intellectual property (IP) related matters, including freedom-to-operate analysis, patent and trademark prosecution and portfolio analysis, strategic planning, due diligence, and licensing support.
Ms. Judge has extensive experience representing companies in simple and complex transactions in numerous industries, with an emphasis on biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, cleantech and medical device technologies. She served in a legal or scientific capacity with several biotechnology companies including Theravance Biopharma, LS9, Inc., AcelRx Pharmaceuticals, Cell Genesys, SyStemix Inc., and Genelabs, Inc. Ms. Judge’s law firm experience includes work as a partner at an AmLaw 50 firm where she worked on both corporate and patent matters.
Ms. Judge earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University. She received her M.S. in Environmental Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley and her B.S. in Chemistry and B.A. in Biology from California State University, Sonoma.
