Insights: News Releases Kilpatrick Townsend’s Adria Perez Named 2016 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Fellow
ATLANTA (February 15) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that Adria Perez has been selected as a member of the 2016 Class of Fellows to participate in the landmark program created by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) to identify, train, and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession. Ms. Perez will be the fifth fellow from the firm since the program’s inception.

According to LCLD President Robert J. Grey, Jr., the LCLD Fellows Program offers participants “an extraordinarily rich year of relationship-building, virtual and in-person training, peer-group projects, and extensive contact with LCLD’s top leadership.”
Ms. Perez focuses her practice on representing both corporations and individuals in white collar criminal defense matters, government enforcement issues, as well as internal, criminal and SEC investigations. Her experience includes handling issues relating to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, False Claims Act (including government contracting, healthcare, and tax matters), Civil Investigative Demands, and export enforcement. Ms. Perez assists clients in responding to inquiries from and government investigations conducted by the DOJ, SEC, OCC, and Office of Inspector General from a variety of federal agencies. She also counsels clients on developing and strengthening compliance programs and policies.
