Nancy Stagg Joins as Partner
SAN DIEGO (November 16) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of distinguished attorney Nancy Stagg to the firm’s San Diego office. Ms. Stagg is joining as partner in the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation Team in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Ms. Stagg focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation including the defense of consumer class actions, unfair competition, and false advertising litigation as well as a wide variety of business and intellectual property litigation including privacy, trade secret, copyright, trademark, and patent litigation.

Ms. Stagg also has a background in product liability litigation. She has represented numerous publicly-held and private companies in nationwide and California class actions as well as in FTC, Attorney General, and District Attorney investigations and actions. Ms. Stagg represents clients in a wide range of industries including biotechnology, hotel management, consumer electronics, healthcare, consumer products and services, publishing, banking, private lending, credit, and telecommunications. In addition to her substantial trial and appellate experience, Ms. Stagg also has significant experience in addressing e-discovery issues, handling arbitrations and mediations, and litigation-avoidance strategies.
Before joining Kilpatrick Townsend, Ms. Stagg was a partner in the San Diego office of an international law firm where she was Office Chair of its Litigation Department. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from California Western School of Law. Ms. Stagg received her B.A. in Government from the Franklin & Marshall College.
