ATLANTA (November 10) -- Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that the National Law Journal (NLJ) recognized Partner Jon Neiditz as one of their 2016 Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Trailblazers. Mr. Neiditz is among a group of 50 individuals who have helped make a difference in the fight against cybercrime and other cyber threats and helping to bring security, privacy and data governance to an increasingly digital world of commerce.

Mr. Neiditz was one of the first lawyers to focus on appropriate monetization of “big data” and is now pioneering “knowledge assent protection.” He was recognized for helping to develop the foundations of breach response as one of the first “breach coaches” and for developing trust-building approaches to incident response.
