ATLANTA (September 16) -- Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that Atlanta Office Managing Partner Audra Dial will serve as a featured speaker at the September Women in eDiscovery Meeting. The event will be held on Tuesday, September 29, at Alston & Bird in Atlanta, Georgia.

Ms. Dial will join other industry leaders in discussing, “Upcoming Federal Rule Changes.” The debate over the necessity, substance, and form of the proposed eDiscovery amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure has been ongoing for years now. Released by the Judicial Conference Advisory Committee and approved by The United States Supreme Court in April, these changes are due to be implemented by December 1, 2015. Panelists will discuss how these changes will affect every day practices, expectations for cost shifting, proportionality standards, and more.
