LOS ANGELES (June 24) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that attorney Caroline “Carrie” Barbee was selected as a 2015 Southern California "Rising Star" in Intellectual Property Litigation by Southern California Super Lawyers.
The listing of “the top young attorneys” represents only 2.5 percent of Southern California's attorneys. Rising Stars are selected by Southern California Super Lawyers through a nomination process, peer evaluation and internal research.
Ms. Barbee focuses her practice on all areas of intellectual property litigation and enforcement, including copyright and trademark infringement litigation, as well as registering, policing and enforcing trademarks and copyrights. In addition to litigating copyright and trademark infringement cases, Ms. Barbee has experience litigating general commercial disputes involving breach of contract, interference with contractual relations and prospective business advantage, defamation, false advertising and other forms of unfair competition.
