ATLANTA (March 13) -- Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that attorneys Erica J. Dominitz and Antoinette L. Ellison will be featured panelists at the Hispanic National Bar Association's (HNBA) Sixth Annual Corporate Counsel Conference, March 18-21, in San Antonio, Texas. Kilpatrick Townsend is a sponsor of the conference.
Ms. Dominitz will be a panelist in the session, "Love & Marriage…Getting Insurance Coverage for Complex Claims Without Causing the Insured and the Insurance Company to Get a Divorce." Ms. Ellison will be a panelist in the session, “What Every Practitioner Should Know: Current Developments in IRS Tax Controversy and Litigation.”

Ms. Dominitz focuses her practice on insurance coverage issues. She represents corporate policyholders in a wide range of insurance coverage matters, with a particular focus on claims concerning coverage for property damage and business interruption losses resulting from hurricanes, fires, explosions, and other causes. She also has substantial experience advising clients in connection with, litigating, and negotiating directors and officers liability claims, employment practices liability claims, and other types of liability claims.
Ms. Ellison focuses her practice on the resolution of federal and state tax-controversies on behalf of individual and corporate taxpayers and litigation. Her experience includes trial preparation and trials in proceedings before the U.S. Tax Court, and U.S. district courts. Ms. Ellison has served as lead counsel in complex business litigation and insurance coverage matters. She also has extensive experience dealing with government agencies including U.S. Customs & Border Protection.
