Stockholm (3 July 2012) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton advised Vasakronan AB (publ) in its acquisition of the property Bassängkajen in Malmö from Skanska. The property includes two office buildings of approximately 16,700 sq.m. in total, having Malmö Högskola, Visma and Awapatent as the largest tenants. The transaction is carried out as a share sale and purchase with an agreed underlying property value of 652 MSEK.
