Represented numerous general contractors on construction of several facilities at a university, including: (a) Field Renovation and Expansion: We represented the Construction Manager at Risk on the renovation and expansion of the university's football stadium. This complex, $65 million project included the addition of approximately 10,000 new seats, as well as renovation of luxury suites, office spaces, and athletic facilities. Special phasing was required to complete the renovation while utilizing the facility during football season. We negotiated the Construction Manager at Risk Contract with university officials, and the project was completed with no disputes. (b) New Baseball Stadium: We negotiated the Construction Manager at Risk Contract with university officials for the construction of its new $10 million baseball stadium in the center of campus. The project was completed with no disputes.
