Christopher Willink focuses his practice on patent prosecution in the mechanical, medical device and software technology fields. He has prosecutorial and analytical experience in a wide range of fields, including medical device, mechanical, software, VoIP, green technology, business and automotive.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Willink practiced law in Silicon Valley.

Prior to joining the legal profession, Mr. Willink was a research and development engineer and project manager at Arthrocare Corporation and Broncus Technologies, Inc. He also was a patent analyst at Broncus.

Mr. Willink is an inventor on several patents in the medical device arena, and has personally designed a variety of medical devices, including stents, delivery catheters, ultrasound catheters and electrosurgical devices.
