Frank Johnson is a registered patent attorney who focuses his practice on patent preparation and prosecution, due diligence matters, infringement and validity opinions, and portfolio analysis. He represents clients in a wide range of technology areas, including computer software and hardware, virtualization and cloud computing, networking, e-commerce, animation and audio, 3D printing, robotics, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and wearable technology. Mr. Johnson is actively involved in pro bono work and aids clients in preparing and filing U-Visa applications.

Before joining private practice, Mr. Johnson was a research associate for the University of Texas Medical Branch and NASA/Johnson Space Center where he was a part of research and development projects. He also updated programs and scripts and served as computer program advisor.
