Tyler Gee focuses his practice on patent prosecution, strategic patent portfolio development and technology licensing with an emphasis on electrical and computer related technologies. Mr. Gee's practice also focuses patent litigation in federal courts and the International Trade Commission as well as copyright, trademark, antitrust and other complex commercial and intellectual property litigation. He has experience in copyright law and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) as applied to software and operating systems. Mr. Gee has represented companies in a broad range of technologies and industries, including computer hardware and software, microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), semiconductors and semiconductor packaging and eCommerce.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Gee was a judicial extern for Chief Judge Vaughn R. Walker of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, where he focused on patent issues including Markman hearings and the Northern District’s Patent Local Rules.
