Alexander Bullock focuses his practice on litigating and counseling clients in environmental matters, agriculture and food safety issues, toxic tort actions and complex civil litigation. He has extensive trial experience in state and federal state courts, including Clean Water Act cases, agricultural litigation and regulatory issues, solid and hazardous waste, Prop 65, environmental personal injury actions, environmental property damage claims, professional liability (defense) actions, insurance recovery litigation and product liability claims.
Mr. Bullock received one of the first joint degrees from environmental and international law programs of The George Washington University Law School. He concentrated his international environmental research on the need for governments, private interest and public interest groups to work in a cooperative manner to create sustainable economic growth.
Mr. Bullock has been recognized as a 2013 Washington, D.C. “Super Lawyer” in the area of Environmental Litigation by Super Lawyers magazine. He is AV® rated by Martindale-Hubbell.*
