Tamara Baggett began her professional career in the aerospace and defense industry. During that time, she earned her MBA at the Southern Methodist University Edwin L. Cox School of Business, with concentrations in strategic leadership and organizational behavior. Ms. Baggett brings her professional experience in the business world to her clients to develop strategies for success in the courtroom and beyond.

The breadth of Ms. Baggett’s practice and experience results in creative and effective solutions to complex legal issues. Ms. Baggett focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on contract disputes, fiduciary litigation, construction litigation, unfair trade practices cases, and appellate advocacy. She also has experience litigating a range of real estate, intellectual property, antitrust, and tort disputes. Ms. Baggett has handled matters in federal and state courts, arbitrations, and actions before regulatory/administrative agencies and protected judgments through the appeal process. She has represented general contractors and specialty subcontractors in a variety of construction disputes in both litigation and arbitration.

While attending law school, Ms. Baggett served as a member of the Texas Tech Law Review and interned for the Honorable Sam A. Lindsay, District Judge, Northern District of Texas.

Ms. Baggett was recognized as a Texas "Rising Star" in 2012 and 2017 in the area of Business Litigation by Super Lawyers magazine.
