WINSTON-SALEM (October 24) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of three new associates to the firm’s Winston-Salem office. Leland Black and Nicole Regna join the firm’s Chemistry & Life Sciences Team in the Intellectual Property Department, and Lauren Henderson joins the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Securities Team in the Corporate, Finance & Real Estate Department.

Dr. Black earned her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law, with honors, where she served as Articles Editor and a Staff Member of the North Carolina Law Review. She earned a Ph.D. in Microbiology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Black earned her B.S. in Microbiology, with a minor in Chemistry, from the University of Florida.

Dr. Regna earned her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she served on the Editorial Staff of the Journal of Business and Intellectual Property. She earned a Ph.D. in Biomedical and Veterinary Sciences from Virginia Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Regna earned her B.S. in Biology, with a minor in Medicine & Society and Leadership & Social Change from Virginia Tech.

Ms. Henderson earned her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she served as Symposium Editor and a Staff Member of the Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law. She earned her B.A. in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Kentucky, summa cum laude.
