CHARLOTTE (February 15) – Kilpatrick Townsend announced today the addition of Harrison Taylor to the firm’s Charlotte office. Mr. Taylor joins the firm as an associate on the Employee Benefits Team in the Corporate, Finance, and Real Estate Department.
Mr. Taylor focuses his practice in the areas of employee benefits and executive compensation. He advises clients on compensation arrangements and the design and implementation of employee benefit plans. Mr. Taylor’s practice includes drafting employment agreements, severance agreements, and incentive and equity compensation arrangements. He also advises clients on the employee benefit and executive compensation aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Taylor worked in the Houston, Texas office of an Am Law 100 law firm it its employee benefits, executive compensation, and tax practices.
Mr. Taylor earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. While attending law school, he was Articles Review Editor of the Virginia Tax Review. He received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, magna cum laude.
