SAN FRANCISCO (January 23) Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that it has named Maureen Sheehy as Managing Partner of the firm’s San Francisco office. Ms. Sheehy succeeds Mehrnaz Boroumand Smith who served as San Francisco office managing partner since March 2014. "I am excited about the opportunity to serve as the Managing Partner of our San Francisco office," said Maureen Sheehy. "We have a strong team of attorneys and staff in San Francisco. Together, we will continue to partner with our clients to provide high-quality service to support their changing needs and achieve success and give back to our local community. I want to thank Mehrnaz for her substantial contributions to the firm and the San Francisco office. Most recently, her leadership led us to a successful redesign and implementation of our new San Francisco office.”

She has extensive experience leading litigation teams in both federal and state courts, as well as before the United States International Trade Commission. Ms. Sheehy also currently acts as Co-Chair of the firm’s Financial Services Industry team.
