Partnership Effective January 1, 2016

ATLANTA (January 6)Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the election of five members of the Atlanta office to its partnership effective January 1, 2016.

Each new Kilpatrick Townsend partner is listed below along with the team in which they practice. Please visit the links for biographical information.

  • Josh Ganz is a member of the firm’s Global Sourcing & Technology Team. He focuses his practice on outsourcing, strategic alliances, technology licensing, IT procurement projects, and other complex commercial transactions. Mr. Ganz’s practice also includes assisting clients on joint ventures and technology-related asset acquisitions and divestitures.
  • John Jett is a member of the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation Team.  He represents retail and technology clients in litigation and arbitration.
  • Thomas Kesler is a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Securities Team.  He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate representations.  Mr. Kesler’s practice also includes assisting clients with corporate finance and private equity transactions and securities compliance and regulation.
  • Renae Wainwright is a member of the firm’s Mechanical and Medical Devices Team. She concentrates her practice on counseling clients on intellectual property strategy, including worldwide patent portfolio prosecution and management.  She also focuses her practice on patent post-grant proceedings and the evaluation of patent rights.
  • Tiffany Williams is a member of the firm’s Mechanical and Medical Devices Team. She focuses her practice on counseling public and private companies in areas of domestic and foreign patent portfolio management, intellectual property evaluation and licensing, and patent litigation.
