Fully Engaged Team

Fully Engaged Team

We are fully engaged in making a positive impact through community volunteerism. The Atlanta office's highly successful Freedom Writers mentoring initiative was a 4-year program. A total of 69 staff and attorney mentors met once a week with 80 students at Booker T. Washington High School in Atlanta. There were a variety of exciting activities scheduled for our students such as career fairs, college tours, a college essay writing contest and a trip to our nation's capital. Through these efforts, our firm encourages the students' desire to pursue higher education, and hopes that at least one of them will eventually choose to practice law at Kilpatrick Townsend.
