Lacey Elmore focuses her practice on outsourcing agreements, technology licensing, and contracts and commercial agreements. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Elmore worked with the firm in 2015 as a summer associate where she prepared closing documents for corporate transactions and conducted due diligence for a target acquisition. Previously, Ms. Elmore was a judicial intern to the Honorable John W. Lungstrum in the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas in Kansas City, Kansas and a litigation legal assistant in the New York, New York office of an international law firm. She was also a legal assistant to the Corporate Counsel and an intern to the Director of Human Resources in the Athletics Department at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas.

Before launching her legal career, Ms. Elmore was a secondary school teacher at the International School of Choueifat in Doha, Qatar where she taught 7th, 8th, 9th, and 11th grade Social Studies and English.

While attending law school, Ms. Elmore served as Executive Marketing Editor of the Emory Law Journal and was a research assistant for Professor Dorothy Brown. She also worked as a mediator in the Landlord Tenant Mediation Program in Fulton County Magistrate Court and Dekalb County Magistrate Court.
